The carpet installation itself was clean, precise, and expertly done. The edges and seams look perfect, and the new carpet completely transformed the space. The feel of the carpet is incredible, soft and cushioned, honestly like walking on a marshmallow, which was exactly what my wife was hoping for in the walk-in closet.

Family owned store. There were a couple of hiccups but they went the extra mile to address them. I will definitely recommend them and would use them again!

We recently hired Castle Floors to replace all the flooring in our home - which included filling in a sunken living room and replacing all baseboards. I can sum up the quality of their work in one word - WOW! Aaron Walkenhorst came to our home and gave us a very fair quote. His crew was on time, kind and courteous, and worked relentlessly. We were able to stay in our home during the whole process with little disruption. Aaron kept us well informed and was a pleasure to work with. His wife Sarah who also works in the office helped out was also very helpful. If thinking of remodeling - do not hesitate to hire this company! They also did my daughter’s house and results were great too. Highly recommend!
On time, on budget. These are great folks that treat you well clean up after themselves, are there when they say they’re gonna be there in our complete when they say they’re going to be complete. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience with Castle Floors, which is family owned and has been in operation for several years. Aaron, one of the sales reps was with us from start to finish. He was a huge help and very attentive to our needs. Johnny, the subcontractor who installed our floors, and his team were fantastic. He explained, in detail, everything he was doing and why. As it turned out, we had several cracks in our foundation which needed to be ground down to make the floor level, as well as an area that needed to be filled with self-leveling concrete. These were both added expenses, but at least we know the job was done correctly, plus the floors are guaranteed for life. Not only is the floor beautiful but it feels solid as a rock when walking on it. I highly recommend Castle Floors. Theres a reason they've been in business for so long. I have a feeling they are a much better deal than some of the corporate owned mega-floor stores.

Our flooring needed replacing bad. It was only 5 years old but was not installed properly from the builder. Aaron was so incredibly reassuring that he and his installers could fix all the issues we had. And he was 100% correct. Our floors came out beautiful! Could not be happier. Arron and castle floors have our highest recommendation. And love the fact they are family owned!
Castle Floors is the BEST. We spent a lot of money on vinyl flooring from another co. a couple of years ago and it start to peel up. We were upset but thank God Castle came in and fixed it. It looks beautiful now.
We also had them carpet our porch and it looks awesome! They even fixed our railing around the porch.

From the first time I walked into the showroom, I felt I’d made a good decision. Sarah was so very helpful showing me flooring available, sending me home with samples, following up the next day and ordering my new floors. Today the Flacco Group (I’m not sure that is the correct name) came in at 8:00, moved furniture, removed old carpeting, laid the new flooring and were gone by 1:30. My floors are beautiful. Thank you Castle Floors.
